This initial session gives me the foundation for customizing your plan. By getting an idea about your history, I can use my experience to fill in the gaps that will help you to start feeling happier and more confident around food right away.

Together we will set goals & intentions for our work, along with a schedule of when to meet.

Through our live, private sessions, I will help you through each step of your process, giving you the information and support you need at every step.

Our follow-up sessions focus on noticing behaviors and habits around food. Our sessions aren’t just about changing your relationship with food, they help you learn to trust yourself too.
