Empowering Clinicians, Strengthening Communities As dedicated healthcare professionals, clinicians like you are at the heart of our close-knit community. We understand that to provide the best care for your clients, you need access to a comprehensive range of resources. Our resources page is designed to support you in this endeavor, offering tools and information to enhance your practice and client care.

It’s not your fault. Diet mentality and dietary norms created the pressure you're feeling. Diet culture is sitting at the table with you, judging your food choices, criticizing your weight… when eating should be an act of love – for yourself.

What to expect..

Feelings Wheel

Work toward starting your meal at a 3 or 4 and ending your eating at a 6 or 7. You should feel that you are able to engage in a light physical activity at this fullness level. Remember the hungrier you are when you begin eating the higher your fullness level is going to be when you are done.

I believe in empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate their health and wellness journey. This resources page is specially curated to provide you with valuable information, support, and guidance.

By providing these resources, I aim to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary for a successful health journey. Explore our resources and discover how they can contribute to your well-being and recovery.
