What the process looks like:
1
book your 15 minute
consultation call (it’s free).
2
Get one-on-one support, counseling, & resources.
3
Get freedom from food rules & get back to your life.
Initial Assessment
We'll go over your medical history, what you usually eat, and any health goals or concerns you have. You don't need to bring anything, but if you have recent medical records like test results, feel free to bring them. Based on what we discuss, we'll figure out the best plan for follow-up appointments.
Follow-Up Appointments
Because health and behavior are influenced by numerous factors, a single initial evaluation has limited advantages without subsequent appointments. During follow-up sessions, you'll keep working together with your dietitian to pursue health objectives and really dive into subjects that cater to your requirements, like Intuitive Eating, coping mechanisms, meal planning, mindfulness and stress management, nutritional insights, interpreting lab results, and more.
- Weight Inclusive Nutrition
- Balance Structure
- Body Image, And More

Dieting doesn’t work.

Dieting doesn’t work.
Last year over 64% of women went on a diet, according to a survey by the International Food Information Council Foundation. The trouble is that diets don’t work.
Most of my clients have been quietly struggling through these challenges alone for most of their life. It's hard to feel optimistic that your relationship with food can change.
But after almost a decade working in practice, I've seen that my approach has helped hundreds of folx navigate this process successfully. My nutritional counseling gives you the support and information to help free you from food rules once and for all.
Your sessions will leave you ready for all the ways food rules show up: at the table, in the grocery store or creating the Instacart order, at restaurants, and even when food isn't around at all.
The freedom that comes from addressing this anxiety around food has helped my clients bring that same perspective home to their friends and their family. Investing in your own journey can have an impact generations into the future.

Who I
Work With
In my practice, I focus on helping individuals who find themselves entangled in the complexities of their relationship with food, movement, and body image. I'm here for those who face persistent fear and uncertainty when it comes to food choices, often feeling lost in the cycle of dieting and the pressure to 'get it right.'
If you've spent a lifetime dieting yet still feel unsure about how to eat healthily, or if you're exhausted by the relentless cycle of restriction and loss of control, you're not alone. I understand the deep-rooted struggles of those who delay living their lives waiting for an ideal body image, who feel compelled to meticulously control every bite, and who experience guilt when such rigid routines break down.
My services are tailored for individuals who feel they must earn or compensate for their food intake, who have lost touch with their natural hunger and fullness cues, and who harshly judge themselves for their dietary choices. I'm here for those who love and fear food simultaneously, who avoid social interactions due to shame about their weight, and who feel trapped in a punitive relationship with exercise.
Let's work together to break these cycles and build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food, movement, and your body.
