You can have

Diet Freedom

No one wins when you're at war with your body. Dieting can be a vicious cycle, harming both your mental and physical health, making you feel awful, and leading to more shame that only ends in more dieting.

It’s not your fault. Diet mentality and dietary norms created the pressure you're feeling. Diet culture is sitting at the table with you, judging your food choices, criticizing your weight… when eating should be an act of love – for yourself.

What if..

…all without ripping yourself apart, spiraling, and hating your body every step of the way?

Your body actually knows what it needs, but you’ve been taught that you can’t trust yourself through media and diet culture. So you’ve found yourself in a place where you’re always second guessing what you’re eating and you’re constantly feeling like you’ve done the wrong thing.

I’m here because you deserve to be free from the scale, counting calories, and all of the noise that comes with it. So you can actually just listen to your body. I know that sounds terrifying because you’ve been taught your whole life to do the opposite.

Who I

Work With

I work with individuals struggling with food, movement and body image. I work with clients that feel a lot of fear, noise and concern when it comes to making choices about food. They struggle with trusting themselves to “get it right.” Someone who may have been dieting for a lot of their life but still feels like they “don’t know how to eat.” The person who is tired of the rigid restrict , to out of control and fit cycle of dieting. The people who feel like they can't start their life until they look a certain way. The people that feel they need to control and calculate every morsel that goes into their mouth and then feel awful when they inevitably can’t be so rigid anymore. The people that feel they need to earn or burn off their food. Those that have been dieting or adhering to rules that they don’t know how to connect to their own hunger and fullness anymore. Those that beat themselves up at the end of the day for what they have eaten and tell themselves they will do better tomorrow. People who are afraid of food and love food simultaneously. The people that avoid friends and family because of shame around their weight. The people who feel like they just can’t get it right. The people who feel they have only had a punitive relationship with exercise.
